A crazy cop in a 1971 Pontiac LeMans chases a bad guy crook on an elevated subway train. Throw in a bunch of real pedestrians & drivers who didn't have a clue that a movie was being filmed & you have instant car chase gold.
Unbelievably, the LeMans going 90 MPH for 26 blocks on the streets of Brooklyn wasn't choreographed & there were no permits from NYC.
One crew member declared,"It was a terrible, it was dangerous & it was life threatening." 😉
