As standard, your order is sent via Royal Mail First Class Delivery & we pride ourselves on offering Free Delivery for all our UK Customers.

Unfortunately we can't offer free delivery to our customers across the pond & beyond, but we do try to reduce costs as much as possible.

We recommend using a work address where possible or an address where you can accept your order delivery (& sign if applicable – see tracked and signed for deliveries below).

 Please check your order address carefully as once dispatched to an incorrect address, regrettably bensin cannot be held responsible for the missing item.

Who ships my order?

Bensin uses First Class Royal Mail for all deliveries to the UK, Ireland & mainland Europe. All overseas orders are dispatched utilising Royal Mail ‘Priority Airmail’.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an automated email at the email address given on the order page.

 After placing my order, how long before I receive the goods?

All bensin T-shirts are individually printed using the latest direct to garment (DTG) printing techniques & are not bulk produced. This ensures every item is thoroughly examined prior to dispatch. Therefore lead times may vary depending on time of year. For example at peak times (X-mas & Bank Holidays), lead time can take slightly longer, but generally you should receive your order within 1-2 working days in the UK, 6 days to the EU & 10 days internationally*.

Unfortunately   because we don't deliver the goods ourselves, we cannot always guarantee these timescales.

*Please note that some locations such as Greece, India, Middle & Far Eastern Countries can take longer than stated due to local postal services.

Urgent Orders

If your order is urgent, we recommend paying for Special Delivery - available at the checkout & guarantees your UK order to be delivered next-day** & you'll be informed of a tracking number to check on your parcel as it wings its way to your doorstep!

**Orders must be placed before 2 p.m. Mon-Fri

If your order has not arrived within the above timescales, don't worry. Due to the mass of mail that passes through Royal Mail everyday there is always the possibility of delays - albeit, they are rare!

Please note that due to Royal Mail constraints, we'll need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate an item which has not yet arrived sent by First Class Mail.

What’s the cost of overseas postage and packing? 

All postage rates are calculated by weight for overseas orders.

 Total cost of postage will depend on where in the world the order is being sent & what you've ordered.
