“You have failed me for the last time" Darth Vader is about to make an example of one of his henchmen, Admiral Ozzel, who came out of lightspeed too close to the Hoth system & has alerted the Rebel Alliance base about the impending Imperial attack.

Does Ozzel get a bad rap? Does this motivate all other surviving underlings not to repeat the failure?
Presumably, the rest of the minions do immediately fall into line (or do they quietly update their resumes & try to find work with a less psychopathic overlord?)
